fix(profiles): cap the profile grid at four columns (#8068)

* fix(profiles): cap the profile grid at four columns

The move to CSS grid in #7819 let wide windows fit six or more profile cards per row, so long profile names were cut off. Keep the 260px minimum width but never use more than four columns, as the old Grid layout did.
