Tunglies 4bdb1465ad refactor: replace remaining clash meta naming with mihomo ...

Doc comment, generated bindings and the prebuild sidecar helpers stop
referring to the legacy Clash Meta name; installer legacy-process
cleanup keeps the old executable names on purpose.
