Tunglies 39ba1e64a6 chore(deps): remove unused dependencies (#8559) 
- Drop tauri-plugin-process: no frontend or Rust consumer; exit and
  restart already go through the exit_app/restart_app commands backed
  by AppHandle::exit/restart. Remove the registration and the unused
  process:allow-exit capability.
- Replace the glob dev dependency with Node's built-in fs.globSync in
  prebuild's service permission step (Node baseline is 26.13.0).
- Remove unused direct Cargo declarations: bitflags and regex (source
  and workspace entries), and src-tauri's criterion dev-dependency;
  clash-verge-draft keeps criterion for its bench.
- Narrow sysinfo to the network/system features actually consumed.
- Use futures::StreamExt for DelayQueue in the timer and drop the
  tokio-stream direct declaration (still transitively present via
  clash-verge-service-ipc).

Tunglies f39644ee6b chore(typecheck): replace tsc with tsrs as the typecheck gate (#8428) 
tsrs (Rust port of the TypeScript 7 checker) replaces tsc --noEmit in
the typecheck script, web:build, and CI. Measured on this repository:
~0.4s vs ~3.5s wall time and ~280 MB vs ~750 MB peak RSS, with
identical zero-diagnostic results on the current tree. The typescript
package stays installed: typescript-eslint projectService and
scripts/cleanup-unused-i18n.mjs consume its compiler API.

* fix(deps): pin rust-ini to 0.21.1 for tauri-plugin-deep-link 2.6.2

tauri-plugin-deep-link 2.6.2 constructs ini::ParseOption with an
exhaustive struct literal, which fails to compile against rust-ini
0.21.2+ (new required fields enabled_indented_mutiline_value and
enabled_preserve_key_leading_whitespace, E0063 on linux). Upstream
fixed it in tauri-apps/plugins-workspace#3711 with ..Default::default()
but no release contains the fix yet, so downgrade rust-ini in Cargo.lock
until deep-link 2.6.3 ships.

Tunglies 4ddd021826 Revert "chore(deps): update pnpm to v12.3.4 (#7878)" 
pnpm 12.3.4 deterministically breaks every Windows CI build: the install inside the tauri beforeBuildCommand fails importing into the pnpm store with os error 32 (ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION). Reproduced on fresh runners with caches wiped; 12.3.3 was green on the same pipeline. Re-pin to 12.3.3 until upstream ships a fix.

Tunglies 6de0a59756 chore(deps): bump tauri-plugin-mihomo to 0.6.0 and move home card to count stream 
Locks both sides to upstream main 17c7757: the WS channel now uses a
single Json transport (connections wire shrinks ~3.4x) and count-stream
error frames are forwarded unchanged; JS/Rust API surfaces stay
identical, so upper-layer code is untouched except the card below.

The home Active Connections card now subscribes to the count-only
ws_connections_count stream instead of parsing the full connections
snapshot every second; the full stream runs only while the Connections
page is mounted.

Tunglies b39c5f9b6d test(perf): add macOS Tauri WebView performance harness 
Drive the production home traffic graph through embedded WebDriver in an
isolated optimized measurement build. Record attributed WebContent and main
process CPU/RSS distributions across foreground, hidden and restored phases.

Keep replay, raw reports, independent-run comparison, cleanup checks and
focused validation available through project commands. Normal release builds
exclude the automation service and measurement entry points.
