Subject: [PATCH] chore(deps): add @wdio/tauri-service to the tauri update
 group

The WebdriverIO Tauri service pairs with the Tauri stack it drives, so
its updates belong with the coordinated Tauri npm and Cargo upgrades
rather than the generic npm group.
