chore(renovate): Prevent auto-updates of gh-aw (#7972)

Browse Source 
- Stop automatically updating dependencies of `gh-aw` related stuff
- Mend Renovate have no ability to distinguish stable and pre-release
- Manual update via `gh aw upgrade` is preffered
