Subject: [PATCH] fix(setting): write auto launch patch once per toggle

GuardState applies the optimistic onChange write before onGuard runs,
so repeating the same onChangeData patch inside the guard handler
duplicated every cache write and subscriber notification for the auto
launch switch.
